Jack Morgan

Jack Morgan has a diverse work experience in the military and information technology field. Jack has served as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at CommIT Enterprises, Inc., where they were responsible for managing and implementing the company's IT strategy. Prior to this role, Jack served as a Lieutenant Colonel at the Pentagon for the US Department of Defense. Jack also worked as a Requirements Officer at the Office of the Oceanographer and Navigator of the Navy (OPNAV N2N6E) and as an Assistant Program Manager at SPAWAR. In addition to their IT roles, Jack has experience in military operations as a Staff Meteorological Services Officer at I Marine Expeditionary Force and as a Foreign Security Force Advisor at II Marine Expeditionary Force.

Jack Morgan obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2004. Jack then pursued their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Natural Sciences at Thomas Edison State University from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they completed their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Trident University International from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Jack Morgan has acquired several certifications. In 2023, they obtained the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from Marine Corps Installations National Capital Region-Marine Corps Base Quantico. In 2022, they completed the PM-ProLearn PMP Trained certification from PM-ProLearn. Jack also obtained the Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2023.
