Nelson Barrera

Nelson Barrera is currently working as an Associate Researcher at Yale University School of Medicine since January 2024. Prior to this role, at Montefiore Health System, Nelson held the position of Senior Research Associate starting from September 2023. Nelson is also a Delegate at the Committee of Interns and Residents/SEIU Healthcare since December 2022. Nelson completed a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree at the Universidad Latina de Panamá from March 2012 to March 2017.
