Ronald Payne

Ronald Payne has extensive experience in network performance engineering, currently serving as a Network Performance Engineer at Commnet Broadband since January 2021, focusing on the Nevada markets. Prior to this role, Ronald held positions at ATN International as a System Performance Engineer and Network System Performance Engineer from October 2018 to the present, following a transition after a reduction in force at AT&T Mobility, where Ronald worked as a Senior RAN Engineer from June 2010 to October 2018. Earlier career roles include System Performance Engineer at Alltel from July 2005 to July 2010 and various supervisory positions in system performance and operations at WWC and Western Wireless from 1995 to 2005.
