Om T. has a diverse background in software engineering, starting with their role as a Senior Software Engineer at Emerson Process Management from 2011 to 2016. In this position, Om designed and coded software based on requirements and concept documents, while also implementing new technologies for improved functionality.

In 2016, Om joined comScore, Inc. as a Software Engineer II. Here, Om integrated client and server-side features using various technologies and actively engaged in mobile development processes for both iOS and Android platforms. Om also led a project to unify dispersed database changes through a unified design.

From 2017 to 2020, Om worked as a Principal Software Engineer at Emerson, collaborating with Product Owners and Managers to align software solutions with business needs. Om built a real-time graphics application for process control using .NET Core, CefSharp, React, and TypeScript.

Most recently, Om joined Common App in 2020 as a Principal Software Engineer, where they successfully led projects from concept to completion, managed a team, and incorporated best practices and innovations into web and mobile app platforms.

Prior to their software engineering career, Om worked as a Sergeant at the Public Safety Department of Saint Cloud State University from 2009 to 2011.
