Michael Elias

Michael Elias currently serves as President and CEO of Common Citizen, a cannabis operation focused on delivering pharmaceutical-grade products to the Michigan market. In addition, Michael is the President of Elias Group Corp, a healthcare consulting firm that specializes in Lean Six Sigma Transformations and Strategy Formulation. Previously, Michael held the position of Chief Transformation Officer at North York General Hospital, where responsibilities included leading the Lean Six Sigma improvement system. Michael's educational background includes a Master's degree in Community Medicine from Wayne State University School of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Health, and Humanities from Michigan State University.
