Dawson Williams

Dawson Williams has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Dawson is currently the Head of Real Estate at Common Desk, a position they have held since 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Adaptive Office Resources as the Senior Director of Client Services, where they provided management consulting for the commercial real estate industry. At this role, they were part of a core team that advised office asset owners on flexible office integration strategies, conducted research for private equity firms, and facilitated the deployment of coworking seats into the market. Before that, Dawson was a Co-Founder of SRG Cowork, the first-ever coworking-specific brokerage team in the country, at Swearingen Realty Group, LLC. Dawson represented national and local coworking operators on their expansions and engineered creative solutions for clients. Dawson also has experience in business development as a former intern at PGA TOUR and has worked as a counselor at Kanakuk Kamps, where they were in charge of soccer instruction and the well-being of adolescent campers. Dawson began their career as a Local Web News Intern at The Dallas Morning News.
