Stephanie Treuter

Stephanie Treuter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, customer service, and education. Currently serving as a CXO Operations Specialist and Recruiter at Common Ground since August 2021, Stephanie previously worked at Regina High School as a Teacher Assistant from September 2016 to June 2018, where responsibilities included grading and transcribing exams. Prior to that, Stephanie had a notable tenure at Grosse Pointe War Memorial from July 2008 to September 2016, progressing through roles such as Hospitality Process & Systems Administrator, Sales & Special Events Coordinator, and Office Assistant, where Stephanie demonstrated strong skills in event management, process improvement, and customer relations. Educationally, Stephanie holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wayne State University, along with a Human Resources Specialist Certification from Michigan State University.
