Gina Tesla

Gina Tesla is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sustainability, social impact, and corporate responsibility. Currently serving as a Board Member at Common Impact since February 2023, Gina previously held the position of Vice President of Sustainability & Social Impact at Coupa Software, where responsibilities included driving business value and community development. Gina's career includes significant roles at Microsoft as Global Partner Management Lead, where Gina conceptualized the Sustainability Service Line, and at IBM as Vice President of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability, overseeing impactful initiatives and managing a $128 million Corporate Service Corps. Gina has also contributed to media planning in various capacities at major advertising agencies and began their career as a Peace Corps Volunteer, promoting ecotourism in Panama. Gina holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a BBA in Marketing from Pace University.
