Li Lai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in content strategy, creative direction, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as Senior Director of Content at Common Sense Media, Li Lai partners across departments to enhance the inclusiveness of content offerings and manages a team responsible for updating a vast catalog of media reviews. As the Founder and Editor-in-chief of Mediaversity Reviews, a Rotten Tomatoes-certified publication, Li Lai developed a unique framework for assessing diversity in media. Previously, Li Lai held various roles at New American Economy, including Creative Director and Associate Creative Director, where significant branding and campaign management contributions were made. Earlier experience includes positions at Legacy Marketing Partners and Victoria's Secret, underscoring a strong foundation in design and brand strategy. Li Lai's academic background includes an MA in Textiles from The University of Edinburgh and a BA in Fashion Design from the University of California, Davis.
