Suhaila Sikand

Suhaila Sikand is an experienced consultant currently employed at Common Spark Consulting since April 2021, where responsibilities include building comprehensive engagement plans and facilitating stakeholder meetings. In addition, Suhaila serves as a Volunteer Creative Director at Elite Naach Academy, overseeing customer experience strategies and co-developing marketing campaigns. Previous roles include Community Engagement Specialist at PLAN to PLACE, where Suhaila strategized civic engagement opportunities, and Creative Advisor at htm.elle, focusing on human-centered design curriculum for youth programs. Suhaila has also held marketing and design positions at Datometry, See Change Institute, Consumer Energy Interfaces Lab, and Sukhi's Gourmet Indian Foods. Suhaila holds a B.A. in Design with a focus on Human Centered Design from the University of California, Davis.
