Matthew Axline has held a number of roles in the marketing and sales industry since 2013. Matthew started as an Account Executive at American Cleanstat, LLC where they were in charge of B2B sales of clean room and clean manufacturing products. During their time there, they attained the highest percentage of sales profit growth of all sales reps for the year of 2014 within their territory of the Los Angeles market, and consistently exceeded monthly quotas. In 2016, they joined Wpromote as a Business Development Representative and was promoted to Senior Business Development Representative. In this role, they qualified the overall marketing needs of C-level and VP-level decision-makers within companies across the spectrum, from rapidly growing start-ups to Fortune 100 companies. Matthew also articulated the benefits of leveraging various digital channels such as SEO, Content Marketing, Paid Search, Email Marketing, and Social Media (earned and paid). In 2018, they joined Common Thread Collective where they held the roles of Senior Account Executive, Executive Sales, Business Development Manager, and Account Manager. In the latter role, they were the winner of the 2018 Fan Favorite Award, an award voted on by clients for highest level of customer rapport and retention. Matthew also worked on the largest accounts at the agency with over $50 million in ad spend, helping three of their clients reach their goal of outside funding/acquisition within a year. Additionally, they achieved a client's year-long goal of 400k in online revenue within 3 months then exceeded that goal by $2 million. Matthew was also responsible for project managing an internal team to meet client expectations and organized strategic initiatives with clients and internal team to guide QoQ direction and growth.
Matthew Axline attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a degree in Liberal Arts with a focus in History and Law.
