Maureen West

Maureen West is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in catering and culinary instruction. As the Owner and Chef of Maureen West Catering, Inc. since October 2001, Maureen has specialized in fine dining events, showcasing expertise in both small and large gatherings. In addition, Maureen serves as a Chef Instructor at Common Threads since April 2013, imparting culinary knowledge and skills. Prior experience includes a tenure as a Chef at Calihan Catering from September 1992 to October 2001. Maureen is an alumnus of The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago and Loyola University Chicago.
