Lauren Sugerman

Lauren Sugerman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Lauren started their career at Cal-a-Vie Health Spa in 2005, where they initially worked as a Front Desk Lead, responsible for staff scheduling and training. Later, they transitioned to the role of Human Resources Coordinator, where they managed personnel files, hiring requisitions, and offboarding processes.

In 2019, Lauren joined CommonGrounds Workplace as a Human Resources Generalist, focusing on operations and payroll. Lauren handled all benefit administration and maintained electronic data interchange file feeds to benefit carriers. Lauren also managed broker relationships and coordinated annual renewals and open enrollment. Later, they were promoted to Manager, Human Resources Operations & Payroll, taking on the entire administration of payroll for the national company.

In 2021, Lauren joined Village Medical as a Provider Growth Operations Coordinator. In this role, they were responsible for ensuring a smooth and excellent experience for physician and advanced practice provider candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. Lauren scheduled interviews, conducted provider quality checks, and verified credentials.
