Minerva M. Garcia

Minerva M. Garcia is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Commonpoint Queens since January 2022, Minerva also founded HR Solutionista, Inc. in May 2014, where the position of Founder & CEO is held. As a co-founder of Rx Adam and Eve since February 2021, Minerva's career includes notable roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Coloredge and Vice President of People & Experience at VaynerMedia. Prior to these positions, Minerva served as Vice President of Human Resources at Accordant Media and held various HR leadership roles at DDB from 1998 to 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Clinical Counseling from the New York Institute of Technology, a Master's in Human Resources from The New School, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Le Moyne College.
