Kristina Kelhofer

Kristina Kelhofer is the Chief of Staff at Joro. Prior to this, they were a Senior Consultant at Dalberg from December 2021 to September 2022, a Consultant from December 2020 to December 2021, and an Associate Consultant from December 2019 to December 2020. Kristina started their career at Dalberg as an Analyst from August 2018 to December 2019. Before Dalberg, they were an Analyst at Endeavor from January 2017 to December 2017 and at Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) from January 2017 to December 2017.

Kristina Kelhofer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics (International Trade) and International Affairs from the University of Virginia and a Master's degree in Commerce with a concentration in Business Analytics from the McIntire School of Commerce.
