John Whittaker

John Whittaker is currently the System Director & Senior Counsel at CommonSpirit Health. Prior to this, John worked as a Senior Attorney at King & Spalding for several years, representing hospitals and health systems in various litigation matters. Before that, John was an Associate at both DLA Piper and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP, where John gained experience in civil litigation and antitrust litigation. John holds a J.D. from the University of California, Davis - School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley.
