Jayson Poulton

Jayson Poulton has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Jayson began their career as an Assistant Manager at BDO Kendalls in 2001. Jayson then worked at Grobstein, Horwath & Company LLP as a Supervisor - Audit in 2006. In 2007, they joined MF Global as a Project Accountant, later becoming a Business Unit Controller. In 2011, they joined Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Europe) as a Manager in Institutional Banking & Markets Finance. Simultaneously, they also served as an Education Team Leader for the UK Overseas Member Committee at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Jayson then became a Board Member for Chartered Accountants Worldwide Network USA in 2018. Jayson currently holds the position of CFO USA at Commonwealth Bank since January 2023, previously serving as Deputy CFO. Lastly, they served as a Councillor (Rest of World) and New York Tri-state Member Representative at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Jayson Poulton completed their education at Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand from 2001 to 2003, earning a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting (GradDipCA). In addition to their degree, they also obtained several certifications. In May 2004, they became a Chartered Accountant through Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand. Furthermore, in December 2010, they received the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification from APMG International. Most recently, in June 2018, they obtained the Series 27 - Financial and Operations Principal certification from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority).
