With extensive experience in procurement and strategic management, Rachael previously held significant roles at Barclays, including leading CX Transformation & Service Delivery and overseeing procurement strategies in Corporate Banking and Global Marketing. Prior positions include Head of Customer Insights & Category Planning at Woolworths Supermarkets, Senior Manager of Global Sourcing at Macquarie Group, and Management Consultant at Accenture, along with early experience at BlueScope.
