Erin Henriksen

Population Health Strategy Manager at Commonwealth Care Alliance

Erin Henriksen is an experienced professional in population health management, currently serving as the Population Health Strategy Manager at Commonwealth Care Alliance since September 2021. Previously, Erin held the title of Population Health Manager at Brigham and Women's Hospital from February 2019 to September 2021, and Program Coordinator of Population Health - CCCM at Middlesex Hospital from December 2017 to February 2019. Erin's earlier roles include working with Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed mental health waiver utilization review and support for the Access to Recovery III program, as well as a position as SNAP Outreach Specialist/Patient Navigator at First Choice Health Centers. Erin began the professional journey as an Event Coordinator Intern at the Institute for Community Research. Academically, Erin holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Southern Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Central Connecticut State University.
