Betsy Bailey

Betsy Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning various positions and industries. Betsy started their career as an Operations Manager at UPS from September 2004 to January 2010. Following that, they worked as a Staff Accountant Intern at the Will County Auditor's Office from March 2011 to August 2011. Betsy then took on the role of an Event Coordinator/HR Coordinator at 115 Bourbon Street from May 2010 to March 2013. From there, they joined ComEd and progressed through multiple roles, including Human Resources Intern, Contract Human Resources Generalist, Associate Human Resources Generalist, Human Resources Generalist, Senior Human Resources Generalist, Principal HR Business Partner, Manager Human Resources, and Senior Human Resources Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources at ComEd since December 2021.

Betsy Bailey has an extensive education history that includes earning an MBA and MHRM in Human Resource from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University in 2011-2012. Prior to that, they obtained a BS degree in Accounting from Devry University Illinois in 2010-2011. In addition to their degrees, Betsy has also obtained a certification as an HRBP Professional from Deloitte in the year 2021.
