Kim Jennings

Kimberly Jennings, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Commonwealth Hotels, a position held since January 2006, following roles as Director of Human Resources and Field Director of Human Resources. With direct accountability for HR leadership, Kimberly has established credibility in developing human resource solutions addressing employee relations, compensation, benefits, staffing, training, and HR policy. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Benefit Manager at Commonwealth Hotels, where responsibilities involved benefits management and HR support, as well as Human Resources Manager at Cincinnati Marriott at Rivercenter and Commonwealth Hilton Greater Cincinnati Airport, overseeing HR functions and compliance. Kimberly's education includes studies at Gateway Community College from 2014 to 2016 and a high school diploma from Lloyd Memorial High School.
