Rich Schaaf is an accomplished technology and operations executive with extensive experience in software development and engineering across various industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Technology and Operations at Commonwealth Informatics Inc since March 2012, Rich Schaaf focuses on implementing software solutions for public health agencies and healthcare organizations. Previous roles include Director of Software Development at Oracle Corporation, Vice President at Phase Forward, and Co-Founder and Vice President Engineering at Pingtel Corp. Rich Schaaf has contributed to significant projects such as the Empirica suite for pharmacovigilance and the development of innovative VoIP technologies. An alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Rich Schaaf holds degrees in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering.
