Nicolette Kwankam, PMP, LSSGB, ACPM, CSM has extensive experience in project management and customer service delivery. Nicolette has held various senior roles at NWN Corporation, managing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction. Prior to that, Nicolette worked at GMI and BOSE CORPORATION in account and project management positions. Nicolette graduated from the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a degree in Communication.
