Paul Velho

Paul Velho currently serves as the Senior Manager for Behavioral Health Strategy and Finance with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts since August 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held the position of Finance Manager at Southcoast Visiting Nurse Association from July 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included managing financial statements in compliance with GAAP, cash management, and overseeing multi-million dollar investments and budgets. Paul's extensive experience spans various roles in financial analysis and healthcare, including positions at Southcoast Hospitals, Butler Hospital, Partners HealthCare, Lifespan, Women and Infants Hospital, Cardis Furniture, and Quaker Fabric. Paul earned an MBA in Accounting and Finance and in Business Administration from Nichols College, along with an Associate degree in Marketing from Bristol Community College.
