Sheika Babin

Sheika Babin, MPA, CSPO, CSM, currently serves as the Medicaid Management Information System Director at the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, where strategic leadership is provided to align the MMIS system with MassHealth and EOHHS objectives while ensuring compliance with regulations. With extensive experience in project management, Sheika has held multiple roles within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, including Senior Project Manager and Medicaid Systems Development Director, overseeing technology initiatives and enhancing application delivery methodologies. Previous roles include Senior Technical Trainer, Realtor at ZipRealty, Marketing Associate, and Senior Systems Analyst, demonstrating a diverse background in both public sector administration and private industry. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from UMass Boston and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Northeastern University.
