Rachael Fowler

Rachael Fowler is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner and previously as a Human Resources Director at Commonwealth Treasury since April 2018, Rachael has held key positions such as Assistant Director in SES Services and Human Resources Officer at the Australian Taxation Office from December 2007 to April 2018. Early career experience includes roles at the Office of the Australian Building and Construction Commissioner, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Services, and the Department of Defence of Australia, among others. Rachael holds a certification in Human Resources Management and Services from the Australian HR Institute, earned between 2015 and 2017.
