Ryan Griffin

Ryan Griffin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ryan is currently working as the Sr. Director of Product & Marketing at Commotion, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they founded A Strangely Isolated Place in 2008, a successful record label and mix series. Additionally, Ryan is the founder and curator of 9128.live, a collective live listening platform and radio station. Ryan also worked as a Client Partner at B-Reel from March 2022 to April 2023, and as a Consultant at Commotion from September 2021 to March 2022. Before that, they held various positions at Apple from 2016 to 2021, including Director of Digital Marketing, Platforms & Services for Beats, and Head of Digital Consumer Programs for Beats. Ryan also has experience as a Brand Director at 72andSunny, a Senior Account Director at AKQA, a Business Development Manager at Refresh Accommodation, and a Record Label Assistant at Crosstown Rebels.

Ryan Griffin attended Bournemouth University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a BA Honors degree in Leisure Marketing.
