Paul Stephens

Paul Stephens has a diverse range of work experience in the technology and consulting industry. Paul began their career in 2000 as a New Technologies Consultant at Cadbury Schweppes and then moved on to work as an Infrastructure Consultant at DB Consulting from 2001 to 2004. Paul joined Comms-care in 2005 and held various roles including Technical Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Practice Lead, specializing in Microsoft productivity and mobility as well as enterprise platform and workplace. Paul also represented Comms-care as a P-Seller (CSM Modern Workplace) at Microsoft from 2018 to 2020. Paul's most recent position at Comms-care was as Head of Consulting Pre-Sales and Strategy from 2019 to 2023. In July 2023, they were promoted to Head of Cloud Solutions.

Paul Stephens completed their education at De Montfort University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they attended Amersham & Wycombe College to study Information Technology (BTEC) but did not obtain a specific degree. In addition to their formal education, Paul obtained various certifications in the field of technology, including AWS Partner: Cloud Economics Accreditation and AWS Partner: Migration Ambassador from Amazon Web Services (AWS), in 2023. Paul also holds certifications from Microsoft, such as MS-101 Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, MS-100 Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Productivity (Charter Member), Qualified KEMP Engineer from KEMP Technologies, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Office 365, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Server Infrastructure, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): Windows Server 2012, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): Messaging (Charter Member), Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer: Messaging, and Microsoft Certified Professional, obtained at various points between 2001 and 2020.
