Allen Latty

Allen Latty serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at CommScope, responsible for HR functions across corporate departments and international regions, including EMEA, India, APAC, and China, as well as overseeing the HR M&A/divestiture PMO. Prior to this role, Allen Latty operated as a Human Capital Consultant at R. Allen Latty, LLC, delivering scalable HR solutions for startups. Previous positions include Senior Vice President of People & Culture at 3D Systems Corporation, where Allen Latty was involved in a significant restructuring initiative and managed global HR teams. Experience also encompasses various HR leadership roles at Orano and CB&I, as well as a decade with Fluor, providing comprehensive HR support and managing complex employee relations issues. Allen Latty holds a Master of Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Business minor from the University of South Carolina.
