Leanne Damaso is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in customer relationship marketing and data-driven communications. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Relationship Marketing at CommSec since April 2013, Leanne leads a team focused on onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies while ensuring compliance and effective service communications. Prior to CommSec, Leanne held the position of Senior Manager for Lending and Deposits at Westpac and Manager of Retention at Telstra, where innovative customer-centric programs were developed and executed. Leanne's academic qualifications include a Masters of Marketing from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Employee Relations and Marketing from Western Sydney University, both contributing to a strong foundation in marketing strategies and customer engagement.
