Emmanuel Valette

Emmanuel Valette is an experienced IT project manager with a solid background in managing various software solutions and systems integration. Currently serving as Chef de projet informatique at Communauté d'Agglomération Cannes Lérins since January 2016, Emmanuel oversees projects related to Human Resource Information Systems (SIRH), including CIRIL NET RH and SaaS migrations. Previous roles include a similar position at Mairie de Cannes from July 2002 to January 2016, where projects involved the same suite of software. Emmanuel's early career began at Bull Coriolis Finances Publiques from 1993 to June 2002, where responsibilities spanned functional expertise in financial management, support, and maintenance. Emmanuel holds a Brevet de technicien supérieur (BTS) in project management in information technology from Lycée René Cassin Strasbourg and completed a Baccalauréat at Lycée Michel de Montaigne Mulhouse.
