Nadège Adam

Nadège Adam has extensive experience in human resources management across various municipalities, currently serving as DRH at Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise since January 2015, overseeing 700 agents and a budget of €35.5 million. Responsibilities include strategic project management, social dialogue policy implementation, and recruitment policy reform. Previously, Nadège held senior HR roles at COMMUNE DE MANTES LA JOLIE, Ville d'Ermont, and Ville de Laon, focusing on modernization of services, disability policies, and personnel management. Early experience includes a recruitment role at Adecco and legal consulting in social law. Nadège holds a Master 2 in Management and Development of Human Resources from IGS-RH and a DESS in Business Law from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne.
