Jean-Luc Abouchar

Jean-Luc Abouchar is an experienced professional in urban development and territorial planning. Currently serving as the Directeur du développement territorial at Communauté Paris-Saclay since May 2022, Jean-Luc has held significant positions including Directeur pôle aménagement at Paris La Défense from June 2018 to May 2022, and various roles at EPADESA from April 2011 to June 2018, culminating in the position of Directeur adjoint aménagement secteur Ouest. Prior experience includes a role as Chargé d'opérations at PARIS SUD AMENAGEMENT from 2006 to 2011. Jean-Luc holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Aménagement Urbanisme from Sciences Po, where studies were completed between 2001 and 2005.
