Charlotte Geoffroy

Charlotte Geoffroy is an accomplished public administration professional currently serving as the Directrice générale adjointe Ressources at Communauté urbaine du Grand Reims since July 2023. With a strong background in resource management, Charlotte held the position of DGA Ressources at Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise from February 2021 to July 2023. Prior to that, Charlotte served as Directrice des Affaires financières at SIAAP for a brief period in 2020 and as DGA Finances, Evaluation et Conseil juridique at Ville de Cergy from 2014 to 2020. Additional experience includes roles at Communauté d'agglomération de Cergy Pontoise, where Charlotte worked as Directrice Evaluation, Pilotage et Organisation and Chargée de mission. Charlotte obtained a Master in Public Affairs from Sciences Po (2003-2008) and completed further studies at the Institut national des études territoriales (INET) from 2009 to 2010.
