Shota Hashimoto has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shota is currently the Co-Founder and Head of Japan, as well as the Chief Product Officer, at Commune, a SaaS product that focuses on customer success. At Commune, they have been instrumental in integrating user interactions, streamlining processes, and optimizing customer experiences. Shota played a key role in founding the company in 2018 and has successfully raised $24M in funding.
