Kip Nanninga

Kip Nanninga has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Most recently, they hold the position of Southwest Regional Director of Church Engagement at Communio since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Chemistry Staffing as a Leadership/Candidate Coach starting in 2021. From 2019 to 2020, Kip served as the Senior Operations Officer at DistributionLOGIX, where they were responsible for establishing and managing operational and communication protocols. Before that, they held leadership positions at Mission Hills Church and Hill Country Bible Church, where they played a key role in managing teams and overseeing various church activities. At Riverbend Church, Kip served as the Next Gen Pastor and was involved in strategic leadership development and community outreach.

Kip Nanninga attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they pursued a degree in Elementary Education and Teaching starting in 1990. In 1991, they transferred to Peru State College and completed their Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Education in 1993. Kip then continued their education at Grace University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Educational Leadership and Pastoral Ministry from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their formal education, Kip has obtained various certifications, including Coaching-Education, Athletic Coach, Culture Index Assessment, MinistrySafe Sexual Abuse Training, and they are also an Ordained Pastor and Licensed Pastor/Leader.
