Beth Bailey

Beth Bailey has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Beth started their career as a Business Development and Communications Officer at the Kitchener Downtown Business Association in 1993. Beth then worked as a Sales Associate at Whitney & Company Realty Limited Brokerage from 1995 to 1999. Beth then became a Senior Economic Development Officer at the City of Kitchener from 1999 to 2000. Beth then moved on to become a Marketing and Administration Manager at Colliers International from 2000 to 2003. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Business Coordinator at DTZ Barnicke. In 2012, they joined Communitech and held various positions including Coordinator, Program Manager, and Project Manager. In 2018, they became the Manager of Operations and Programs at the Canadian Digital Media Network, and in 2019, they became the Director of Operations for Canada's Tech Network at Communitech. Beth's work experience is characterized by their ability to take on new roles and responsibilities throughout their career.

Beth Bailey attended Western University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained an Honours BA degree in Urban Development. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Excelerator Essentials from Essential Impact in May 2021 and Dare to Lead Trained from Dare to Lead™ Trained in January 2020.
