Octavio Morales

Octavio Morales has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Octavio most recently served as the Chief Information Officer at Communities Foundation of Texas, starting in 2020. Prior to that, Octavio was the owner and senior consultant at Streamline, a consulting firm focused on improving work processes through software and technology adaptation.

From 2008 to 2018, Octavio held multiple roles at T.G. Mercer Consulting Services INC., including Vice President of Operations, Director of Technologies, and Project Manager. In these positions, they successfully implemented strategies for launching new SaaS solutions, managed budgets, and drove growth initiatives in Mexico, Canada, and South America.

Before joining T.G. Octavio Morales attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1992 to 1995, but did not earn a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during that time. Later, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Brookhaven Community College and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business-Information Systems Analysis. Additionally, from 2008 to 2010, Octavio pursued a BBS/MIS degree in Information Systems at Dallas Baptist University.

In terms of certifications, Octavio obtained a Lean Inventory Management certification from LinkedIn in September 2019 and a MikroTik Certified Network Associate certification from MikroTik in April 2011.
