Robin Koelsch

Robin Koelsch has a diverse work experience spanning across various organizations and roles. They started their career as a Director at School of Rock in 2008 and continued in this role until 2012. They then joined Guaranteed Rate as a Sales Assistant/Jr. Mortgage Consultant from 2012 to 2013. Following that, they worked as a Program Director at Foundations of Music from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Communities In Schools (CIS) of Chicago and held multiple roles within the organization. They started as an Arts Partnership Specialist from 2015 to 2018, then progressed to become the Director of Partnerships from 2018 to 2020. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Senior Director of Partnerships, and currently, they hold the position of Chief Partnership Engagement Officer at Communities In Schools (CIS) of Chicago.

Robin Koelsch completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Applied Music Pedagogy from Northeastern Illinois University from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2004, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Music Education from Northern Arizona University. In addition to their educational background, Robin also obtained certifications in Responsible Business Leaders from United Way of Metro Chicago in May 2023, and as a Youth Mental Health First Aid Trainer from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in June 2021.
