Toni Holt

Toni Holt has a diverse background in social work and community service, with experience as Program Director, Volunteer Director, Community Grants Director, and Program Manager at Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas since August 2013. In this role, Toni Holt focuses on teaching life skills to children and collaborating with educators and families to enhance support services. Previously, Toni Holt served as a Case Manager intern at The Advocacy Center, where assistance was provided to clients and connections to community resources were facilitated. Toni Holt holds a Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Tarleton State University, and an Associate of Arts in Elementary Education and General Studies from McLennan Community College.
