Deje' Bragg

Deje' Bragg currently serves as the Sr. Program and Data Associate at Communities In Schools National Office, having joined in May 2023. Previously, Deje' worked as a Family Outreach Representative for Virginia Beach City Public Schools, where significant contributions included designing measurement tools for evaluating parent engagement and program effectiveness. During tenure at Northside ISD, Deje' acted as the Newcomer Family and Community Involvement Liaison, creating protocols for the Newcomer Program and fostering relationships between educators and refugee families. As the Community Development Coordinator at Family Vision, Deje' led initiatives for family reintegration in Myanmar and provided ESL instruction. Early career experience includes serving as a Foster Care Case Manager at Texas Baptist Home for Children, delivering case management services and developing strong advocacy skills. Deje' holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southwestern Assemblies of God University.
