Caroline Ingram

Caroline Ingram, AICP, currently serves as the Infrastructure Development Project Manager at Communities Unlimited, where management of a team of ten environmental specialists and oversight of 20 water infrastructure projects across Mississippi, Alabama, and Tennessee are key responsibilities. Prior experience includes serving as a Community Environmental Management Specialist, focusing on improving client water and sewer utilities, and as an Urban Planner for the City of Hattiesburg, where site plan reviews and planning reports were critical tasks. Academic contributions comprise roles as a Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Southern Mississippi, complemented by earlier experiences as a Kitchen Manager and HR Support Analyst. Caroline Ingram holds a Master of Science in Geography and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology, both from The University of Southern Mississippi.
