Shelena Fleming

Shelena Fleming is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on web management, marketing strategy, and client relationship building. Currently serving as Webmaster/Marketing Specialist at the Community Action Council of Howard County since March 2022, Shelena previously worked as Chief Administrator and PR Liaison for Mimar Architects & Engineers, Inc., where responsibilities included managing proposals and marketing materials. Shelena also held marketing manager positions at Advantage Engineers and Aireco Supply, where strong skills in communication, event coordination, content management, and budget oversight were demonstrated.
