Dawn Godshall

Dawn Godshall is an experienced executive leader in community service organizations, currently serving as Executive Director at Community Action Lehigh Valley since March 2014. In this role, Dawn oversees community programs, supervises staff, develops new initiatives, and ensures compliance with policies and contractual obligations. Prior to this position, Dawn held various leadership roles, including Deputy Executive Director and Director of the Sixth Street Shelter, where responsibilities included program operations and advocacy for marginalized populations. Dawn's experience also encompasses development and communications management at Allentown Rescue Mission and directing the Family Loan Program across Pennsylvania. Additionally, Dawn has a background in media, having produced news broadcasts at ABC Television and taught broadcast courses at Temple University. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University at Buffalo.
