Nathan Curry

Nathan Curry has extensive experience in the field of technology and innovation. Nathan started their career in 2003 as a Computer Technician at the Madison County Board of Education, where they were responsible for installing and troubleshooting PCs, as well as managing network systems. In 2005, they joined the City of Huntsville as a Police Systems Technician, where they handled the configuration and deployment of laptops, wireless authentication, and provided helpdesk support. In 2006, they returned to the Madison County Board of Education as a Network Specialist, overseeing the maintenance and management of the school's technology and network infrastructure. In 2012, they joined the Community Action Partnership of North Alabama as the Director of Innovation and Technology, where they were responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies and policies. Currently, they serve as the Board President for District 1 at the Madison County Board of Education.

Nathan Curry has obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Western Governors University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals from Microsoft in August 2023, Security+ from CompTIA in June 2016, MCTS from Microsoft in 2007, Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator from Microsoft in 2006, and CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in February 2002.
