Suzanne Leedale has had a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles. Suzanne began their career in the military, serving in finance roles in the US Army. Following their military service, they joined the Military and Civilian Federal Credit Union, where they worked as a Financial Service Representative, Financial Service Officer, Branch Manager, and Information Technology Manager. Suzanne then moved on to STAR Community CU, where they served as an Operation Manager, responsible for developing policies and procedures to maximize operational efficiency. Suzanne then joined SLO Credit Union as CEO, where they provided strategic direction and successfully guided the organization through the 2008 recession. Suzanne later joined CoastHills Credit Union, holding positions such as Vice President Branch Operations & Support and Chief Experience Officer. Currently, Suzanne serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County.
Suzanne Leedale attended Western CUNA Management School from 2006 to 2008, but did not obtain a degree or major in any specific field during this time period. In 2013 and 2014, they participated in the ProCon Leadership Institute. Their main educational achievement is a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, which they earned from Wayland Baptist University between 2001 and 2005.
