Roger Doerr

Roger Doerr is an experienced professional with a diverse background in financial coaching, vocational management, and program facilitation. Currently serving as a Financial Coach at the Community Action Partnership of Lancaster & Saunders Counties since October 2017, Roger facilitates financial education for individuals transitioning out of the foster care system. Prior experience includes roles such as TRADE Program Facilitator at The Center for People in Need, where Roger supported former inmates in job skill development, and Vocational Manager at Integrated Life Choices, managing a farm that provided vocational support to individuals with mental health concerns and developmental disabilities. Roger's career also encompasses positions in real estate, financial advising, and residential program management, with a strong emphasis on support for individuals within challenging circumstances. Roger holds an MBA in Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
