Mary Zorn

Mary Zorn is an experienced Care Coordinator with a dual role at Community Advocates and Autumn West Safe Haven since March 2013. At Community Advocates, Mary Zorn supports consumers in developing self-advocacy skills while ensuring their basic physical needs are met, providing psycho-social support to individuals facing homelessness, mental illness, and substance use issues. At Autumn West Safe Haven, Mary Zorn offers care coordination for homeless individuals diagnosed with mental illness in a supportive shelter environment.
