Eric Syphers

Eric Syphers has extensive experience in the fields of application analysis and quality assurance, with a career spanning over two decades in various roles focused on at-risk youth and program compliance. Since July 2016, Eric has served as an Application Analyst at Community Alliance. Prior to this role, Eric held a position as a Business Intelligence Intern at Catch Intelligence and worked as a Quality Assurance Coordinator at Goodwill Industries, ensuring adherence to regulations and performance standards. Earlier roles include Program Auditor at Omaha Home for Boys, where Eric ensured compliance with state and accreditation standards, and Consultant/Case Manager, managing individual group home programs for at-risk youth. Eric's foundational experience includes substantial roles at Father Flanagan's Boys Home and Achievement Place for Boys, where skills related to coaching and treatment planning were developed. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Human Development and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Kansas.
