Emanual Deadwyler is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the field of community assessment and treatment services. Since 2010, Emanual has served as a Case Manager at Community Assessment & Treatment Services (CATS), Inc., while also holding the position of CQI (Continued Quality Improvement) Assistant since 2018, focusing on maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients and employees.
